Nassau County was ranked the safest community in America for 2 years in a row. I believe that safety is paramount to quality of life. As a Member of Congress, I’ll fight to get more resources for school safety and more resources for our first responders to protect us and keep us safe.
I think that there is a bipartisan consensus that bail reform needs to be fixed. We need to give judicial discretion back to judges to hold in place those who are most dangerous.
