How we’re tackling the map situation:

Josh here, with some key updates from the campaign:

By now, you've probably heard that the New York Court of Appeals has thrown out the previously set Congressional maps and delayed the primary election two months to August 23rd.

This has campaigns and candidates across New York scrambling to figure out how to navigate the new political situation.

But you know what?

I'm not bothered by what the Court's doing. In fact, I relish the extra time our campaign has to introduce ourselves to voters and share our message with New Yorkers.

I've got to be blunt though: this new campaign does mean that we've got to raise the money to remain competitive throughout the summer. You've been with us since the beginning of our movement. Please, chip in $4 today and keep our movement strong.

We are doing some truly historic things with this campaign. We've brought more than 125 young people onboard as interns. We're breaking through divisive partisanship and extremist noise to bring folks together through a shared love of Long Island. We're doing this all with the tremendous support of grassroots supporters like you.

And we're just getting started.

Donate $4 today and help us make history.

More to come,

Josh
